Our den had a dingy film on it from where we had self cleaned before. After the professional cleaning, our carpets looked as clean as new. The "Protector" is a must. If our dog tracks in any dirt I am able to wipe it up with water pretty easily.
Almost a month after our cleaning our lab had an accident inside. They sent a technican out at 6pm on a Friday to take care of us! Talk about exceptional service. We will always call Super Clean for our carpet cleaning needs and will definitely tell our friends about them if anyone is looking for a professional carpet cleaner! "I had a great experience with SuperClean Carpet Care. The previous owner of my home had a dog, which had left the lovely beige Berber carpet quite stained. At the cleaning, a special light was used (like the kind seen on TV's CSI) to help the technician determine how to best clean individual stains on my carpet.
The technician was very informative and I learned so much. He went room to room, explaining the stains and how he would address them. He was courteous and pleasant. My two-story home was cleaned in less than 2 hours! The deodorizer ( I had the cherry) is great and smells yummy! I have total confidence in SuperClean Carpet Care, and I recommend them without reservation.

I can't believe how great our carpets look! We had a cat who had pee-pee'd everywhere in our basement--with the blue light that Michael, the technician had--I saw not only where I knew our cat had pee'd--but all the places that I didn't!! (gross!) He was amazing treating ALL of the areas, and cleaning and deodorizing the whole carpet--now not only is the cat gone--but all the odor too! I would highly recommend this company, they were on-time, professional, and my carpets look brand new! Thanks SuperClean Carpet Care, I'm going to give your name to all of my neighbors!

I have been using Stanley Steemer for my carpet cleaning until now. The specialist came into my home and we did a thorough investigation of my carpets with a UV light. Once the carpet was cleaned, it looks as if it was brand new! The last time Stanley Steemer was out they had to come back because they had missed a spot and I had to pay twice the price! Awesome job guys! I am exremely pleased with the service and I would recommend Super Clean to anyone.

I have always been a self-cleaner, but after seven years there were stains that I couldn't get out. I thought that we would have to replace our carpet. My sister recommended Super Clean. I must say we were a little reluctant about using a privately owned carpet cleaning company. We have always used Sears or Stanley Steamer. We used Super Clean Carpet Care and they did a remarkable job.We have children and a pet and our carpet was a mess. We had spots/stains in our carpet that Michael removed when leading competitors told us we just needed to get new carpet in certain rooms and certain spots were not going to come out. When Michael finished, the carpet looked brand new. He really took his time and did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable. We definitely have found a new carpet cleaning service and will not be using another any other cleaning services for our home.
