Minimum service and other fees:
a) A $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will apply in the event you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason. b) Carpet drying equipment [air movers]. $50.00. (Two day minimum rental fee @ $25.00 per day day. There is no charge for the first 24 hours.) c) Returned checks $50.00 d) Re-Service Fee $50.00 minimum.
In many cases we may leave a carpet dryer [air mover] to accelerate the drying time of your carpet after cleaning. There is no charge for this equipment in the first 24 hours. Please place this equipment in a safe place as instructed by your technician. A member of our staff will pick-up dryer the following day after service. If for any reason we are NOT able to pick-up this equipment within the 24 hour period you will be charged a rental fee as per the terms of our service agreement unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Notice to Debit Cardholders: When using a debit card the amount authorized would be the same as if you were using a regular credit card. When a debit card is AUTHORIZED the processing bank places this amount on hold, so it is temporarily inaccessible. Once the account is settled the amount of sale or charge is then debited from your account.

Prices quoted via telephone are based on house size (square ft.) not square ft. of carpet. Our pricing formula also factors in age and condition of carpet and does not include pricing for restorative cleaning which can only be determined on site. You will receive a confirmation number via email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your confirmation number and passwords. Receipt of confirmation implies you also agree to be bound by Terms of Use. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your passwords or confirmation number or any other breach of security. We will not be responsible for any loss that may result if you fail to comply with these requirements.
The technology and the software underlying our sites and the Services are the property of SuperClean HS, Inc., our affiliates, and our partners. You agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any right to the technology or software underlying our sites or the Services. You agree not to modify the software underlying our sites in any manner or form or to use modified versions of such software, including, without limitation, for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to our sites.

Interfere with or disrupt normal busines activity, our sites, servers, or networks;
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a SuperClean HS, Inc., or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through our sites or to manipulate your presence on our sites.
Force Majeure. Any Party asserting Force Majeure as an excuse shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated. b. No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster.)
Unauthorized access to our sites is a breach of these Terms of Use and a violation of the law. You agree not to access our sites by any means other than through the interface that is provided by SuperClean HS, Inc., for use in accessing our sites. You agree not to use any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor, or copy any part of our sites, except those automated means that we have approved in advance and in writing.
Pursuant to Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, all claims of copyright infringement for material that is believed to be residing on SuperClean HS, Inc. system or network should be promptly sent in the form of written notice to SuperClean HS, Inc.
SUPERCLEAN HS, INC. CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SUPERCLEAN HS, INC. FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SERVICE ORDERED THROUGH THE SUPERCLEAN WEBSITE.
General Legal Terms. You agree that this Agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia as applicable to contracts that are wholly performed within, and by residents of, Georgia. Any action based on or alleging a breach of this Agreement may be brought in a state or federal court in Georgia. You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the use of the SUPERCLEAN HS, INC must be filed within one (1) year after the initial occurrence that gives rise to such claim or the claim will be barred. If any provision of this Agreement or portion thereof is declared invalid for any reason, the invalid provision or portion thereof will be deemed omitted and the remaining terms will be given full force and effect. This Agreement, including all exhibits attached hereto, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
