If you think you'd like to learn more about telemarketing jobs at home, don't let the bad reputation telemarketers seem to have dissuade you. Telemarketing is one of the most regulated industries, and telemarketers are highly trained to comply with the law.  

By 2009 telemarketing will have grown to a business that generates nearly $500 billion each year. Becoming a business to business telemarketer will make you part of a lucrative multi-billion dollar industry.

Those who enjoy talking on the phone, have good people skills, think fast on their feet and have the "gift of gab" might do very well if they become a business to business telemarketer. Maybe some of these gifted folk might be dissuaded from becoming a business to business telemarketer because they hear people talking about those horrible telemarketers that call at dinnertime trying to con them into buying things they don't want.

Think about this, however, as you ponder whether you should take one of the telemarketing jobs at home. You will not be a telemarketer calling on a home at dinner time. You won't be contending with a phone list that's not complete, and very rarely will you ever encounter a hang up. You will call instead on a business manager during business hours, selling them a business service. More often than not if you become a business to business telemarketer you'll be met with courtesy, genuine interest, and professionalism. You will have extensive training and the knowledge and expertise required to carry out the professional job you have.

For property management firms, facility managers, and building owners in commercial, institutional and industrial markets.

Our Mission

Is to provide outstanding customer service in an environmentally sound, trustworthy and professional manner.

Candidate requirements:

  • Two years of outbound, business-to-business cold calling and appointment setting
  • Have 2 - 5 years serving the business-to-business marketplace
  • Have comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization
  • Be an energetic, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, ambitious, and results-oriented personality who appreciates a people-focused, integrity-based, relationship selling environment.
  • Have knowledge of Contact Management software, such as ACT, Goldmine, SalesForce.com, TeleMagic, SalesLogix, Siebel or other contact management software.  ACT is preferred.
  • Be available to phone 4-6 hours per day from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST for 5 days per week for a total of 20-30 hours. 
  • Have a home office complete with a computer equipped MS Word, MS Excel, printer, fax capabilities and internet access.
  • Provide references upon request

The B2B Agent will be compensated hourly ($8.00 –up to-$12.00 per hour), plus commission. This is a part time contract position initially; with the opportunity for full time employment with benefits; and other advancement opportunities for the career minded individual.
